The physical KN-86: hardware (what to buy, build, mount, wire) and OS (the system image that boots on it). Everything that lives at the metal layer or in the Linux userland that sits between the metal and the nOSh runtime.
Reader: Hardware engineer, platform engineer, or anyone bringing up a fresh prototype.
Hardware BOM, assembly plan, schematics, sourcing. Per-component subfiles (display, keyboard, enclosure, audio, coprocessor, cartridge interface, power) are planned follow-ups.
OS System image build, boot flow, systemd units, device tree overlays, kiosk mode, power idle, coprocessor firmware, update path, release infrastructure.
