Deck Hub SUPPLY: the shop view (pointer)

Part of first-party program #2, Deck Hub (ADR-0042). Folded (2026-07-18, GWP-710 Tier 3): this file held the SUPPLY view’s contract as a GWP-709 skeleton until the Deck Hub Tier-3 pass landed; that fold is done, per the skeleton’s own status note. This pointer remains so ADR-0057’s links keep resolving.
